Chinese handpainted earthenware lamp circa 1900. Crackle glaze with green, tan, iron red, and pale turquoise floral and bird motifs Measures 24.5" high to finial, 11.5" high to top of vase, 5" diameter at base.

Pair Baccarat swirl glass lamps c1900
Pair Baccarat swirl glass lamps. Made in France circa 1900. Unmarked, unmistakably early Baccarat. Bronze mountings, double sockets with pull chains, modern wiring. Glass section is 14" H. Overall 26.5" H to finials, 8" diameter bases.

Ching Dynasty Chinese cinnabar lamp
Ching Dynasty Chinese carved cinnabar beaker shaped vase, 2nd half of the 18th century. Converted to a lamp circa 1920 in such a way that the fittings can be removed completely. No holes were drilled. The vase's distinctive key patterns outlining the floral lozenges evolved from archaic pictographs representing clouds and thunder. For a related example, please see Chinese Art, by R. L. Hobson, MacMillan Co, 1927, plate XCVI (96). Note: Mr. Hobson was Keeper of the Department of Ceramics and Ethnography at the British Museum. Fine estate condition. Vase is 11.5" high x 9.5" across the top and 7" across the base. Height to finial is 25".

Chinese marble Guanyin lamp bedside
Vintage Chinese marble Quanyin or Guanyin figural lamp. Mounted to a rosewood base on an embossed bronze pedestal. Circa 1900. Modern wire. Measures 21.75" high to the finial, which is a miniature bronze quanyin. The base measures 3" x 4".
